Poetry & naat · Performance

Performed, not read out.

A naat read flat is not a naat. In this mode Warisha performs — taranum, controlled breath, real pauses, the weight in the right place — rather than reciting the words at you.

Sung or recited, depending on what it is

She looks the words up. She does not invent them.

Asked for a known piece, she retrieves the real words rather than improvising something that sounds close. Devotional text especially is never guessed at — a plausible-sounding invented verse is worse than saying she is unsure.

Songs are declined, in every mode

Filmi, pop and commercial songs are not performed — not here, not in Auto, and not if you paste the lyrics in yourself. She declines in one warm line, offers a naat, hamd, nasheed, lori or shayari instead, and moves on without lecturing you about it.

No stage directions, no humming

Every sound is tied to a real word. No bracketed delivery labels read aloud, no "hmm aa la na" filler standing in for lyrics she cannot recall.
